I’ve always had a great experience with the managers there, very nice and courteous. Some clerks are not so nice, and they act as if they are forced to do their job without pay, and you owe them (they should quit if they are so miserable.) The place is always clean and the building is nice, and the people who go there are decent.

Used to be a dump-hole… but recently was overhauled significantly in venue and staff. Now the location is in good repair, and the staff friendly and efficient. There are computerized scales and vending machines for stamps. The lines have shortened drastically, with a floater asking those waiting if they come for a matter which he himself can attend (such as picking up a package).

Always find female staffs with attitude and very rude! They would walk away and chat with each other, making fun or complaining about the previous customers (in front of other customers!!） Very unprofessional! They would cut off while you tried to ask them questions or bring up a complaint. But when the situation is reversed (when you are trying to cut off while they are talking) the female supervisor would threaten you by saying： I’m going walk away if you keep blah blah blah〜。 The worst postal staffs I’ve ever encountered.
