I have mailed hundreds of letters through this post office. All have reached their destinations. Just understand that this is a small village post office.

Just like the other 2 comments, this post office and post master do not know usps rules. We called several times and spoke to the post master, we were receiving the previous residents mail and barely any of ours. Today 10/19/19, we asked the postman to please read the mailbox for the last name and to properly put our mail only, he proceeded to get rude and nasty with my husband which was uncalled for. We than called the post office to report the occurrence and the woman there was nasty, when we asked for her name she hung up the phone….. this is how people are treated… uncalled for. We will call the postmaster again Monday and will than go above him to report this. Good luck to all that live in Buchanan NY
