I’m a doctor and I drove over 2 hours to get my own CPAP supplies here. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and their prices were better than 3 other places I checked. I have seen the bad chairlift reviews. I suspect that is a manufacturer issue. A lot of these things have parts made in China, so manufacture and shipping delays are common. End retailers can’t do anything about it.

Avoid this company at all costs. All they do is over promise and under deliver. My 84 year old grandfather is still waiting on his chairlift months after we’ve gone through the initial deposit and have now since paid in full. In addition after they took my deposit they revised the invoice over $2000 above the estimate which was signed after they sent the estimator and drew up a design. This company does not honor their word and steer clear at all costs. NO way to treat a customer thatch spent over $12,000. Still waiting….Absolutely terrible experience. I have no idea how they stay in business.

Every time I call this company, I am on hold for at least an hour. A representative named Fantasia just hung up on me after a total of 40 minutes on hold. I don’t mind waiting, but even after an hour of waiting, I am usually not helped. This is incredibly frustrating and unfair to the patients US Med are servicing.
