If there was a 0 star rating I would give it to them. These jokers refused to rent me a 2 1/2 yard dump trailer because they said my Van was too lite to tow it, even though they’ve rented to me in the past many times, and I’ve hauled excavators and much larger trailers with my Van with no problems. Horrible customer service! I wouldn’t recommend United Rentals in Marysville to anybody!!!

Pretty disappointing. I need to rent a small jackhammer for one day. I went in to rent it about a month ago. When I got there the front desk said someone else had just rented it for a large commercial job and ruined the tile bit. That was a Monday and he said it should be in by Wednesday. I didn’t have time to get back to rent the jackhammer for another month. I figured they’d surely have it by then. Unfortunately, they never ordered the bit. So after delaying my job an entire month, they STILL couldn’t get a replacement bit. Pretty frustrating experience and they have completely lost my business. Incompetence is so frustrating.
