Really nice and helpful staff. We bought a nice bunk bed and dining table, both sturdy and high quality. Good customer service too. They didn’t receive the shipment on time so the delivered it and assembled it for us.

Nelson is one of the best person to deal with. Me and my family recommend united furniture club a 100%. Nelson works with you and finds items according to your budget. He offers the best prices and shares his designing knowledge. We are very happy with our purchase for our new house.UPDATE:We ordered bar stool with our furniture and we were told that we would get in couple of weeks. This was in January and it’s May. We called the store multiple times and we heard a story of how it’s covid, the box arrived, weeks later didn’t arrive etc. We still love everything else we got except this was a frustrating experience. Make sure you ask about their stock before purchasing an item. My 5 star changed to 3 because of this.
