Fantastic customer service and the parts department was extremely helpful. I had called previously to verify my issue and was given many helpful details. Later I went to the location where I was given more assistance and all the parts I needed to get my mower in top shape for the season. I didn’t need to buy new equipment today but was amazed at the options for new mowers. I plan to visit this location again for all of my lawn and garden equipment needs. My experiences with the Cleburne location have been very good. They shoot straight, under promise and over deliver. I only wish I could say the same for the internet sales side (especially cody). Delayed responses, false promises (misunderstandings at the absolute nicest way to say it) and quite frankly appalling attitude. Trust me, buy directly from the location that you want to do business with. I had no idea when I bought my tractor and several upgrades and attachments, that I was dealing with an office 2 hours away. I listed Cleburne as my store in the application. I will be very happy when the time comes that I have all of my attachments (some on backorder) and will only be dealing with the Cleburne location. Maybe if they fire Cody, it would get better. I can only imagine how many Kubota machines he has sold for john deere.
