Terrible customer service and communication. Came in for the Murakami collection the other week when the website said that the collection would be available. Greeter at the door said it hadn’t come in yet but when I talked to customer service they said the item I wanted was in stock. I had to leave by that time though. Wasted time on two trips. Manager at the store didn’t really do anything to alleviate the situation. They don’t have a direct line to the store to talk to anyone either. Customer service tried calling them but no one answered. Easily one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

Safe, lots of clothing and masks in all sizes and colors. Clothing are soft and high quality fabrics which is uniquely Japanese. Lots of masks in a variety of sizes with filters. Highly recommend. Rare to have cloth masks with filtets.
