Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality I was in Saratoga Springs during Easter weekend. My water pump failed on Friday afternoon. Burt ordered the parts before I was even at his shop. He had my Yukon fixed in a few hours. I highly recommend this shop. He saved my weekend.

Burt and Team diagnosed an issue with my Audi A5, but because of factory programming required, they were not able to repair the component. As such, Burt did not charge me for the time and effort spent to identify the issue. Thank you Union Coach Works! Would recommend to anyone.

There’s another review which states that the car was diagnosed as unfixable and they weren’t charged. For some reason my experience is the exact opposite. It took three times longer than quoted to tell me my vehicle is unfixable(6 weeks total), then they still charged me to pick up my dead car. Business tip, if you do not deliver what you promise, your business takes a hit, it’s very unprofessional to charge the customer.
