Very upset with the behavior of the current female manager on duty with her employee etiquette. She spoke down to her employee male height (6’2-6’4) in a demeanor that myself and several customers felt very uncomfortable it was degrading and undeserving. The other employees on duty were and are very helpful and great customer service even with assuring me that they are aware of the situation and will get it to the proper chain of command I don’t have the managers name because they would not give it.

We drove 40 minutes to return some merchandise. It was just past 8 pm and we stood in line. After a couple minutes the manager Fabiola told us she would not return the clothes because it was past 8. We explained the door was open and we were already in line. She started yelling about “not ignoring us” and as they helped other customers, she asked us to leave.Honestly, she could have just returned our merchandise but she kept yelling at us instead. So much for customer service. We will be calling Christine her boss tomorrow. If you don’t have good customer service, you shouldn’t be a manager.
