Uncorked is a retail wine and beer shop with daily tastings. With more than 500 wines from Paso Robles to Provence, you’ll find varieties of award-winning Napa Cabs & Burgundian whites as well as hard-to-find, fantastic new boutique wines. Uncorked also features a selection craft beers for our hops and barley fans. Our shop offers continuous tastings whenever we are open – a flight of five wines/beers, a wine, beer and cheese club – chosen by everyone’s favorite wine guru – Jeff. Uncorked also features gourmet food items including Oliovera olive oils and vinegar’s, Cowgirl Creamery cheeses, selections of fine salami, gourmet chocolates and more. We have many wine and cheese accessories, fun gift items and custom gift baskets!

I entered the Uncorked Wine shop with a very unique request, or so I thought. I asked for a cabernet sauvignon that would go perfectly with cudling up to a fireplace with a book. I figured this was somewhat unusual, but alas, the lady at the front jumped to her feet and said I know exactly what you need. This happened to be her favorite wine, you guessed it, to cuddle up in front of a fire… And I must say, it was the PERFECT wine!! I figure quite a lot of individuals around here work 60+ hour weeks as myself and to be able to walk into a wine shop and walk out with the perfect wine is quite refreshing. Mind you I didn’t even need to research anything, didn’t need to verify, but just trust. Top notch, will be back again when I’m on another work trip. Cheers!!!Edit:I noticed some reviews were negative concerning price. To be honest, this is a wine shop and not a discount liquor store. Though I must say, I was not concerned about price but looking back, the bottle was less then $20… Compared to wine shops where I live, this is quite cheep for a recommended wine.
