This place will always be comforting and feel like home. I moved from Albany to Texas a few years back and although I could have found another natural food store locally, I will never be able to find the kind and caring personality of Abdulbari and the staff. I have ordered online a few times and each time, shipping has been super fast and he always sends samples of products I need and use! I recently purchased Burdock root from him as it was the best quality and most reasonably priced out there. Thank you for continuing to be a gem for the capital district!

One of downtown Troy’s most essential businesses! I’ve been going to Uncle Sam for years – for everything from supplements and tinctures to produce and tea. Bari and his staff are wonderful – incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I have asked Bari for help with health related issues multiple times – when I was traveling and contracted a parasite (more than once!) and when my brother was diagnosed with Lyme disease, to name a few. He has always listened to my concerns and recommended effective, natural remedies.
