June has been there since they opened as Umpqua. Knows me by name when I walk in the door! I haven’t been able to stump her yet with any question that I may have. You will never get customer service like this at a larger bank.

I think Umpqua Bank is amazing. I love walking in and having people know my name. More importantly they take care of their customers. June and Tyler are fantastic. Recently I needed some help and Tyler went above and beyond the call of duty and helped me get what I needed. I appreciate Umpqua and recommend it to anywone who wants to feel welcomed by their bank. Coffee and Cookies are awesome too!
