Would love to work here b/c I love makeup but not if the security guard already thinks I’m stealing… Went in to make a return, made eye contact w/ the security guard ONCE b/c I had the decency to try to smile under my mask & he followed me & my mom throughout the store from the start of our visit to the end when I was waiting in line to return the products I purchased the day before, with my receipt… Shopping for makeup w/ your mom is supposed to be an enjoyable bonding experience, (literally after Mother’s Day…) well at least in my eyes but I can’t do that here it seems. The security guard could get better intuition, but I get it, it’s boring & it’s covid so he has to do something to entertain himself or make him think that that job is worth being there for. The women in the store who actually work there are lovely tho, super kind to me the whole time 🙂

I’m very upset and disappointed with where you moved all the curly hair care products. They have now been shoved to the far back corner of the store… extremely hard to find and that is basically sending the message that you don’t care about curly hair care.The selection of curly hair care products has also drastically decreased.Other curly hair girls share my vexation. I no longer feel like a valued customer and haven’t been shopping here.I also don’t like how employees don’t bring up the fact that you have points to use, or current discounts as a member you can use. It’s so secretive, you just want us to spend more money.Do better.
