Daughter visited for an eyebrow wax and the person doing the wax left my daughter with a injured eye and then tried to blame her for the mistake claiming she uses a product that caused this. She only uses CeraVe on her skin. That would not cause an eyelid to be left without a layer of skin. The technician clearly screwed up and refused to take accountability. . .

Clean, well laid out store. Convenient location with plenty of parking. Variety of other shops in mall to get most of not all errands done in one stop. I wasn’t able to find a couple of items, but that is to be expected during Covid. I didn’t care for all the questions at checkout, I just wanted to pay and go, all the questions really slowed down the line unnecessarily.

Hallie was amazing she took her time at cutting and coloring hair. She really makes sure she understands your requests. I highly recommend using Ulta’s hair services. I would encourage anyone to ask for Hallie. The staff as a whole are always helpful and friendly.
