This was my 1st visit to the Ulta store because I usually shop online. I needed to color match a foundation so I visited the store to get some assistance. Store is super easy to find right in front of Southshore Plaza in Alameda. I went in to shop and was very surprised that I didn’t get any type of help. I noticed quite a few employees walk by and assist other customers and look at me but never ask if I needed help which was the main reason for my visit. The store wasn’t packed and considering I was there for roughly 20 minutes I’m a bit disappointed especially for my 1st visit. I walked out with a few things but not confident enough to purchase what I intended to. I think I’ll stick to shopping online.
