I’m a guy so bare with me. My wife got a recommendation from our daughter for a popular product sold at Ultra. I begged her to allow me to remain in the car. No soap! Had to accompany her Inside. Glad Idid. The Ultra store is like eye candy. It’s got every imaginable personal hygiene and beauty product available to both men and women on the market. It’s much more of a female experience yes but as a casual observer and to see my wife happy it was worth the trip and I do believe the store sells high quality at a reasonable price so you guys out there check out the store.

This is my favorite Ulta beauty. Everyone is super helpful and my online pick ups are ready that day. Rey helped me last time and he is very knowledgeable and helpful. We laughed and shopped, and I will definitely be back.

Had my hair highlighted in December and about a week later my hair was so dry I could not get a brush through it. I have great haircare products but had to cut my hair off to about 4 inches in length. Thought it was just my hair until I met a lady in the store with exact same results. Contacted customer service and had a reply that they would get back to me. That did not happen. Cut and color was about $150. Never had a problem with other Ulta stores, but would be very cautious with a color at this one.
