Please note..if you bought ulta products from any other store and expect this store to exchange or refund the item then forget it! Better to go to the store you bought it from. Also check your purchases before you purchase them. I bought a sealed perfume and I didnt check it before buying it because I assumed it would be brand new since it was packed and had a security tag on it. I later opened the box and saw the cap was missing and the whole bottle is empty! I purchased the item from ulta in Newport and someone there is tempering with the items and putting it back on the shelf and cheating with loyal customers! The manager in THIS store used words like aparently now you’re saying the packet was tempered with implying that I may have done it myself. She also talked to the manager from Newport store who told me that i could exchange it at this store and I was still not helped, I told them that i was visiting from Sacramento and I was going back home and didnt have time to go back to the Newport store. All ulta store should be able to exchange or refund but in my case they assumed i was lying and that I had to go back to the Newport store and deal with it over there, which I can’t since I had to return back home…It was really disappointing to get such kind of service.At this point I paid $64 plus tax for a empty bottle!I will rethink purchasing anything ever from ANY of ulta store at this point!
