When ordering online I went to pick my order up and there are no signs for curbside pickup. So I went inside. When I walked inside I was grabbing my masked from my purse I was SCREAMED at you need a mask. I quietly said I’m getting it the young lady screamed again at me and said put your mask on. I get your mask policy but first of all, I am an adult, I don’t need a young girl screaming at me telling me to put a mask on me clearly while I’m getting it out of my purse drawing attention to me. Secondly, if you offer curbside you need to have signs up in the parking lot. The staff definitely needs to have customer service training. This store LACKS customer service big time. They all hang out by the door. If anyone needs help you always have to go by the front door just to get someone to help you. Then they act like your interrupting them. I would rather go to Drug emporium where I’m treated like I’m wanted there instead of a burden.

Went 20 minutes before closing time and they had doors locked. Also saw other people try to go in 10 minutes after me and doors locked. While workers looked around and said we are closed. So if they close at 6:30 then I understand but it said 7p.m.
