This is the most unpleasant Ulta I have ever had to shop and get my haircut at. I moved to the Houston area this past year and as Ulta shopper for the last 10+ years it is really unfortunate to have an Ulta with such negative service. I have been into this Ulta multiple times, and every single time there are employees just standing around ignoring customers while there is a long line at check-out with one cashier. In addition, I have had three haircuts at this location over the past year. Marisol and Christine (I think that is her name) were wonderful, but Steve Christi was not good. He was late for my appointment and didn’t even acknowledge it or apologize. I figured he may have been having an off day. But when he said he was finished and my hair was still damp, I was very unhappy. My hair did not look good. With that, I try to go to the Richmond location just to avoid this Ulta. But unfortunately, the Richmond location is usually low on many of the products I use. I will still try to avoid this location when I can. Just not good service at all and the checkout line is always way too long.
