I love this store except for one thing. MANY drugstore brands are extremely overpriced. Like Neutrogena and Oil of Olay. Here’s just ONE example: Neutrogena vitamin c capsules are $35 at Ulta and $20 at Walmart, Target, etc. So basically when you are earning points by shopping at Ulta, the items you redeem them for aren’t really free. They’re paid for by you over paying for drugstore items.

Ulta Beaity has never disappointed in the many different states I’ve patronized. My favorite location is here in Temple, Texas. Every associate and members of leadership are very helpful with any question, including quick answers that are accurate. They are very knowledgeable about services and products. They also escort you to where they are located, due to stores always improving. This location is always clean, shelves organized, and employees always close maintaining those things, but do happily stop and help with anything throughout the store. I am, like many others, feeling the pain from limited services still, as well as some product availability due to covid. Non=essential products have very recently been given approval to start production again. I hope they expedite their productions so and get them to the stores. Also impatiently waiting for the powers that be will allow eyelash applications!!! It’s not vanity, how we look and feel. Those two things affect how we are in our various life roles, employee, friend, parent, friend, etc. If ANYONE has read this review, please, let’s band together and blow up the corporate customer service number with urging them to restore more services, safely, of course!Sheila
