Customer service is MAJOR for me. And I’m happy to write that my shopping experience was an OUTSTANDING one. From the moment that I walked in, I was greeted by an associate who went above and beyond to help me find hair products for both my daughter and I. She even went a step further and recommended a few nail products, as she noticed that we had just got our nails done. Honestly, I can’t rave enough about my AMAZING shopping experience!! So kudos to the Arlington store for ALWAYS providing simple the best customer service.

They are very rude. Also the sign on door states facial covering per state mandate. The mask mandate has ended so I shouldn’t have to wear the mask. Plus if you had your vaccine then you should be fine. Ulta will never receive my business again.
