Colleen was an experience I’ve never had before. Actually cares about your hair and went over and beyond for me. I am in love with my hair and it’s thanks to her!! I will definitely be going back to see her! She kept playing with my hair until I loved it and she loved it. She is very sweet as well. When’s the last time you actually got pampered and by someone who cares?Definitely come here and ask for colleen!!!!

Always a great shopping experience. I appreciate the knowledgeable staff and their eagerness to assist customers. I’ve also enjoyed the interaction with the staff I’ve come in contact with. The brow esthetician does an excellent job grooming my brows and shaping them. Always a pleasant experience. However, Hunter has to be my favorite @store #478 here in Mobile,Alabama. He’s warm, professional, courteous and never fails to make sure I know about Ultas new products or sales. Thank you again Ulta. And keep up the great customer perks.

I’ve shopped at Ulta for years and love the variety of products they offer and sometimes they have great deals! MAC products were on sale and I got 20% off my purchase! Woohoo! Unfortunately, the color was too light (I used the Ulta website for the photo color matching) so I needed exchanged the item. As I was checking out the cashier told me I could not exchange my item for the same price??? I was like, it’s the same product, just a different color. She then told me Ulta has a new policy and can not exchange items at the price I received when I first purchased. Seriously?? That’s just ridiculous and disappointing! I love Ulta, but that is a terrible policy.
