I normally do not shop at this location but had placed an online order on Sunday. After an hour had passed, I went ahead and came in to check on the progress of my order since it was a single item. I was “helped” by who I assume is one of the managers there who when I asked if they had seen my order, stated in a snarky tone “so I can’t help you with that but one of these ladies can.” As a previous Ulta employee, I know Sundays are slow, I was there midday, and there was not a single person in that store so often times RTVs and operational tasks are processed but she was standing around and more than able to do so. Based off of previous reviews, I don’t recommend dealing with this older associate as she doesn’t have the capacity of managing a store properly or processing an order. A younger girl ended up finishing up my order and had such a pleasant attitude.

Good selection of hair care products and cosmetics not carried by other retailers. I dont like having my phone number asked for at checkout under a ruse of being able to return items to the store. Likely more to do with selling info for telemarketing!
Grand Scheme
Impressive beautiful selection of the same items you can buy cheaper online. However my main reason for given this place a 1/5 stars is because some of the employees were rude, dishonest and procrastinated not willing to consistently help my fiance with some work she needed done. Also outrageously over priced not competitive. Will change my rating if prices are a bit better and lower also hoping the employees work on better improving customer service skills.
