I’ve had good experiences here in the past, but today was not one of them. Went into find a product that I really liked and purchased previously, but they didn’t have it. Upon asking about an alternative, I was led around the store by someone who didn’t really know what they were doing and who profiled me as a low-budget customer with earshot of me.Took about three times as long as it should have to come to the conclusion that I should buy the one thing I asked about in the first place, which was a slightly different product from the same company. When I went to check out, the Apple Pay was not working. Also, only one person running registers on Saturday, so checkout took an astronomically long time.In order for Ulta to get repeat visits from me, they will need to begin treating all of their customers, regardless of budget, with the same level of attention and respect. They will also need to have people who are more knowledgeable working in the store. Better staffing and a faster payment experience are also necessary.

Got my hair done last year and it was just the way I wanted, and I loved it. 2 days ago I went to ulta again and showed her my last year pic and told her this is exactly what I wanted , but this lady just did whatever on my hair that I had to go back on Sunday after work to get it fixed and she made it worse now I’m scared to even go back to her and get it even worse than what I have now. At the moment I’m searching for toners online or drug store so I can fix my hair on my own. Don’t want to mention her name really disappointed right now.
