The employees had absolutely NO personality. There was no “hi how are you” or “have a great day”. They literally sat and had a full blown conversation about the cashiers nails instead of helping me, didn’t listen to what I was saying, the woman with the copper highlights seemed like she didn’t even want to be there & seemed annoyed. This is the first ULTA I’ve been to where the people just seemed … off. As if they hate their job or something… I got better info from the customers!! The woman with the LV mask was nice and so was the woman at the very front door selling the sunscreen stuff but everyone else seemed angry, depressed, annoyed or too into their conversation to notice customers.

Ladies. This establishment has it all. Courteous and friendly staff. Clean and full of all the items that you would need to bring out the best of yourself. Hempstead Turnpike makes it a very easy and convenient trip. So in short, stop by and go for it.
