I gave them an extra hour and arrived at 3 p.m. Nope, still not ready.

Twice this place has billed me for meds I didn’t get. Today I show up to pickup medicine which was supposed to be ready yesterday and they stare at me like I have 2 heads. I wait 30 minutes to get my order. I ask what took so long and I was told there was a line out the door and they didn’t have time. There had only been one other customer there for 15 minutes. The whole watch (and can hear every word) of 4 women behind the counter gossiping and doing nothing. Why aren’t they focused on their work? I am about done trusting these people with my life.

My boyfriend with systemic lupus was trying to get a three month supply of his medication because we are loving and lord knows how long it will take us to find a doctor specializing in his condition. His doctor said this was fine across the driveway from the pharmacy. My boyfriend goes to get his script which I will remind you was given to him by his doctor whom he see REGULARLY for his SYSTEMIC LUPUS and the pharmacist some woman with an M name decides to treat him like a drug addict refusing to fill his script of non narcotics medication. I missed the part where the pharmacist gets to decide a patients medical regime. As he tried to explain to her what was going on she proceeded to call him a drug addict and suggest an investigation into the matter for a script of low dose gabapentin. I’m sickened and sadden this has happened. SYSTEMIC LUPUS is a auto immune disease where my boyfriends body is attacked day in and day out by his own immune system. SYSTEMIC LUPUS causes on going pain has his cells destroy healthy cells and the one thing that makes his day even minority less painful this disgusting excuse for a human denies him. He could be on oxy contin, morphine or any other controlled substance but he does not because he does not want to let his illness take him down the road of narcotic numbing and this animal treated him like a drug addict for non narcotic medication. How dare they. We will never use this pharmacy again and I pray this woman or anyone in her family brevet has to go thru what my boyfriend with a terminal illness had to today. Shame on the pharmacist and shame on UHS for not hiring more sensitive compassionate people.

They randomly decided to close at least an hour early (when I got there) with zero public notice. Unbelievable waste of my time
