Can we say AAAAMMMAAAZZZING!?! I was initially just going to go to Nordstrom to purchase Ugg’s as a birthday gift for my sister then I saw this store was here. I’m so grateful I came here! I have the cutest EXCLUSIVE UGG’s that the department stores don’t have! I must say the customer service was beyond superb! Like 10stars!!! Associates and management helped me because I was soooo indecisive! They were patient, polite and very attentive! I felt like I had personal shoppers☺️I came to “look” for a gift and left with way more!#customerforlife♥️

Five stars is easy for the products, but the fight starts I’m giving is for the staff. I went to go pick up my order today, and the sweet girl went out of her way to help me get my order together and even got me a bag for the gift that I bought. I absolutely love the wonderful friendly staff here!
