As busy as they were, they still took time to help me find an exchange slipper that fit. Anne was extremely patient and understanding; she even took down my phone number to call me personally on Monday if I had any issues today.The manager Warren happily did the exchange for me, and Anne had definitely communicated with him prior to me being in the store (which I appreciate). I lovey new Dakota slippers, and will be returning to buy more!

Loved how patient and and responsive Bree was with helping me the day after Christmas to pick out two new pairs of Ugg’s. She helped me for an hour and. As returns were coming in, she was letting me know if it was even the slightest style I was looking for and offering them to me. Came into Ugg last weekend looking for 6lack’s new ugg slides he came out with and a kind lady helped me out with ease! I believe her name started with a T, but im not sure! She was African American with black hair at the time! She showed GREAT hospitality and I would definitely recommend shopping with these guys! And to corporate, GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE ! She deserves it!
