Made an appointment for my phone charging port that stopped working. I unfortunately arrived 15 minutes late, but the staff was nice and immediately helpful. He checked out the charging port and gave it a good cleaning – then it worked perfectly. There was no charge for checking out & cleaning the charging port! Appreciated their help and highly recommend their positive customer service attitude!

In short, Darrel and Carlos are awesome and saved me at the very least, $100 for a charge port replacement (that most likely wouldn’t have worked) and more than likely have allowed me to keep my phone for at least one more refresh cycle. If you need cell phone, computer or video game console repair, these guys will treat you right and won’t charge you for anything more than what you need.My iPhone XS Max wouldn’t charge anymore and instead of jumping straight to a port replacement, they offered to look and pull out any obstructions from the charger port, free of charge. They pulled out three large pieces of lint (that I couldn’t even see with a bright flashlight) out of the port and it immediately charges like it was brand new.Thank you Darrel and Carlos!
