I’m from the south side San Jose so I normally go to the one on Curtner but this location had the part I needed. I had a cracked Samsung A20 screen and they were able to fix it. Good customer service in person and over the phone and they always double checked the price. The only downside was the wait was longer than expected but I was able to get my device the same day! Thanks guys

My phone screen had stopped responding and the customer service here was terrific. I came in right before it closed and the team even stayed past 7pm to help me replace my screen. They explained the steps in backing up my data and was able to provide me a quick repair.Was really grateful for this experience, I would 100% recommend them to anyone.
