They chipped my phone during the battery replacement but they would not tell me honestly, they told me that phone was already chipped before and the reason for me not to see it before because the screen protector was holding it. I looked carefully, the screen protector was sitting on display, quite distance from the frame, so what he told me was not right. Not only I lost the screen protector I got a hole on my side of the phonen now. If he was honest with me that he chipped my phone perhaps I would accept that but he wasn’t….from being happy to being dissatisfied.

This review is about multiple experiences with the same device:My first experience was great, dropping off my phone and having it fixed promptly. It was a screen replacement so simple enough. The price was reasonable, I think around $150 for a Pixel 4a.A few months later, the screen went black and started lifting from the frame. I brought the device in, and the screen was replaced again, all seemed well. Fast forward 2 days and the screen was lifting from a corner. I brought it back in and it was re-adhered. Fast forwards another 2 days and the same thing happens. I take it back to the shop and speak with a worker there. They take my phone back and come out saying “sorry, it’s bent and there’s nothing we can do”.Important points: I’m not sure if the bend was there originally as nothing was mentioned the previous the times I had been there, and no compensation was offered. I am now left with many gas miles accrued and a phone with a lifted screen.I am aware this could have been a simple oversight, but even still I cannot recommend this shop for the experience I had. I drove a cumulative 4 hours and still have a less than good condition device that I cannot even trade in due to the screen lifting.

Went in with my Google Pixel 4XL for a common battery issue. My phone was dead and couldn’t hold a charge so I was unable to properly factory reset it. They did that for me, fixed my phone ahead of the timeframe they gave me, AND took the time to restore my data for me while I was heading down to pick my phone up. They went above and beyond, and I’m incredibly appreciative!
