Had a very close call today when my phone charging port decided to fail and my battery percentage was approaching zero quickly. I was greeted by two very helpful employees and Johnathon informed me my phone has wireless charging capabilities and also gave me the option and pricing for replacing the port at the store including warranty that covers the work. I always enjoy meeting helpful people who enjoy interacting with customers I will definitely be a returning customer and I will recommend this to friends and family in the future.

I had an experience at a different Ubreakifix close to this location that rubbed me the wrong way. I decided to drive further to go the Thousand Oaks store. Boy what a difference a 15 minute drive can make. I have a Galaxy Note 10 plus with a broken screen. I came in and forgot to put my mask on and when I told the guy behind the counter that my wife worked at a hospital and I was trying to protect him, he told me about a Samsung program where I might qualify to have the phone fixed under the Samsung cares program. So I’m waiting in my car patiently and he came out to give me an update. (Who does that). This guy is top notch. He went above and beyond. It’s guys like this who make the world a better place. I don’t even have my phone back yet to see the quality of the repair, and I don’t care. I know this store is giving it their best. Carlos is the best!!

First called and spoke with Jonathan about my screen warbling. He was amazingly helpful and professional. Then, Justin helped me when I went in and was quick to diagnose it, quoted my $89.99 and needed 1 hour. He also told me about the Asurion Home+ program that covers EVERY electronic device in your home for only $25/month PLUS 24/7 free tech support for installing, connecting, dealing with viruses, etc. I could not be more happy and impressed by a company than I was during this experience. I will definitely be back whenever needed.Their app tracks the repair which was great while I ran errands.
