This is hands down the best tech service experience I’ve ever had. I scheduled an appointment at 3 but was in the the neighborhood so I stopped by early to see if there a chance being helped. Bobby was eager to help right away and managed to get my charging port working again in under two minutes flat. He plainly explained what the issue had likely been and invited me stop back by anytime if it happened again. Great service! Highly recommended.

I did a google search for iPad screen repair. This place came up and it showed great reviews. Or so It said.I called ahead to get a quote at 10am. I was quoted $109, and proceeded to bring my device into this location. I arrived the place was clean and following all social distancing policies. When I dropped off my device I was told that “a diagnostic “ needed to take place and that the tech would let me know by when it would be completed, assuming they had the screen in stock(it is Saturday). The front desk receptionist checking in with the tech and she said “we do have it and it should be completed by 1pm. I was told that I should get an email with the status of my device before I could come get it. I requested that no repairs be done before I was notified about the cost of the repairs as it was a screen repair with no water damage and no damage to the home button.After 4.5 hrs I called in as I had not received anything. No email no call. I found out that they had removed the screen and began repairs and were now quoting me $130.00. I spoke to the customer service rep and she said that the price had been quoted was wrong, but that she would check and honor that price. I got word that it would be ready at 4pm now.I arrived at the location at 4:27pm to be exact and my device was just being put together and “pressed”. That they needed another “20min”. I sat in my car and did not receive my iPad u till 5pm. Not only that the front desk receptionist was not able to print me a receipt for my service. Which is ok with me as I don’t intend to return to this place.It’s just very unpleasant experience to have to be told one thing and then another and driving back and forth. That is not how to treat a customer and truthfully the fact that they could not communicate effectively within should have been the first sign where I should have walked away.I had to request my property like if I was not paying $115.27 for it.Reasons why I’m giving this location and business 3 ⭐️.Customer relations & Communication-POORUnRealistic timeline of giving me back my device. -POOR1st time experience- POOR

I came in to get my iPhone 8 Plus input fixed because it wasn’t charging. I walked in with a lazy mood and not really wanting to socialize because I was having a bad day but the person that helped me named Christmas( yeah that’s her name) was super chill and revealed the issue was just dust and lint accumulated in the input so she removed it with some tweezers free of charge. Excellent and friendly customer service !
