This place was recommended to me and have failed already once on helping me fix a device. I called back again to get information if they are able to fix a pair of headphones. Once I told them what kind of headphones I have their response was the same as before that I should just get a new pair because my headphones were not fixable. I personally don’t call a place or show up without any kind of knowledge of what kind of repair I need on my device or some insight. I was aware of the kind of repair I would need on my headphones. I called back after having the the worst feedback on another issue to see if they would be able to fix my headphones I just like to respond before it was exactly the same ignorant response. Once again saying that I should replace my device rather than getting it fixed. I don’t know what kind of place tells you your device is not fixable so you should just replace it. I understand if they tell you we are not able to fix it but that was nowhere near his response. Furthermore I will never ever will be taking my devices to UBreakiFix because rather than having ignorant responses towards my devices and no way of actual help. I would like to have a quality response and help no matter the cost. My device happens to be Beats Solo3
