Do not rent here. Price is great! A real bargain! But there’s a reason…. my unit has been broken into 3 times in as many months. Did they change their procedures to address the issues? No. Did they add any security or lighting? No. Did they call me back when I left a message for the manager to call me back? No. I feel like management is working with whoever keeps breaking in either by being deliberately ignorant of what’s going on or negligent in not adding any new cameras, lighting, security or barbed wire to the property. Keep in mind the manager lives on site with her family. Theres at least one person living in the units. How does that happen without management knowing? It doesn’t. Which is how I know this manager isn’t always on the right side of the law. Allowing people to break into units for a share of the profits isn’t too far fetched. Especially in hard times like these. My things are gone and I won’t get them back but maybe I can help someone hang onto their valuables by posting this. Don’t take your stuff here it will not be safe.
