Horrible experience, avoid this place. The first truck I was rented did not start, so I waited a significant amount of time while they pulled another truck around. I was not printed a new contract confirming the new truck.Long story short the truck had many more miles on it than recorded and I have been charged $360 above what I should have been charged. I was charged for 280 miles that I didn’t drive. I stood in line for 45 mins during my return to make sure that all was good, but it wasn’t and the manager said I was good to go.I have already reached out to support to no avail and have been waiting 2 days for an email from the GM. In that time, the charge has been posted to my statement.On top of all of this, I spent a total of 2 hours at the uhaul location during a 24 hour truck rental, they are understaffed and provide poor customer service. The parking lot is a mess and nearly impossible to pull out of. This store should not be open.
