Couple of years ago we came here to pick up a truck we reserved online. It was about an hour before closing time and there was a line of 8+ people in the store, but no one at the counter to help for over 30 min. Besides that, when we returned the truck, we filled up the gas tank but they still charged us for gas. This had never happened when we rented from Hoppy’s in Sunnyvale multiple times.Fast forward to today, I’ve already forgotten about that experience, and came into the same location to pick up some packing supplies. Surprise, nobody was at the counter for the first 10+ minutes and a line formed. Customer service was rude as usual.No idea how the company staffs this location. I’m just leaving a review as a reminder to myself for the next time I move.

This is a HUGE u-haul center and they also have a lot of packing material. There is also a propane filling center here. They also have free (used) boxes.

I would have given zero if it was possible, I stopped by yesterday to pick up a vehicle. There was a guy with a cap, very rude and disrespectful. He answered my questions rudely and said I should return the car 3/4 tank. He was reluctant to talk. I opened the car and saw the tank is barely half full. I returned again and another gentleman said he gave me the wrong vehicle. I heard the guy is new, but he definitely hurts the business.
