Felt physically threatened by one of their employees today. Returning a pick up truck I was asked to wait by the truck for someone to come and meet me. That’s when a U-Haul employee (an angry young latino man) that was supposed to check me approached me in a threatening manner. If not for a witness standing near-by I’m petty sure he would have physically assaulted me. I don’t need to feel like I might get assaulted by a U-Haul employee to rent a pick up for 2 hours. Being 6 foot 200 lbs., I’m not easily frightened. But I retreated to my car and got out of there. Avoid this location.

Give a THUMBS UP if this is helpful. Says it’s open till 5 on Sundays, but actually only open till 4:30 on Sundays. Open on weekends. Has lots of moving accessories.

Ritchie was awesome. Even though I showed up right at closing time, he jumped out and helped me return my trailer. Treated me like a normal human. Just rare to see chill hospitality out in communist Cali. Nicely done u-haul!
