1 star is far to high a rating. This is a shockingly poor business. Made a reservation for a U-haul weeks ago. When I arrived not a single U-haul was even on the lot. Instaed of trying to find me an alternative he was pleased to tell me that I got my deposit back. The customer service is despicable. U-haul should really be ashamed that this company is an independent dealer of it’s products. I will be writing the same to the U-haul corporate offices. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS
