I was a little disappointed last week excepting my trailer hitch to arrive and too be installed although today I realized that it was issues with the supplier not the U-HAUL location.By chance I checked today and it had come in and the staff was very polite and professional from the lady’s at the counter and a special thanks to them as well as Gabriel the installer I am so impressed by the professionalism of all of those involved. You have a Great team in Roseville!!!

Total chaos checking in. Took so long and contactless is NOT contactless. App sent us to the wrong truck twice and had to wait in 20 min line to get keys even though app said not to get in line. Then the employee was really rude about it. But truck ran great, price was fair.
