Ordered parts through their website to have trailer hitch installed. Not pulling anything huge, just a 5’x8′ trailer. Show up on the date for scheduled appointment to be told that the wrong parts were ordered. No biggie, mistakes happen.Talk to employee about ordering the right parts. She ordered them and I paid the difference. She then told me I would get a call when they were in to schedule a new appointment.Week goes by and no communication with uhaul. The day I decide to call them is the day they call me to tell me that I missed an appointment. I told the employee that I didn’t have an appointment because I was waiting on a phone call to tell me the parts arrived. She said that they have been here and I was a no show. So we schedule an appointment for the next day.I arrive for the appointment, and the same employee that I dealt with last time that had ordered the correct parts for me, tells me that the wrong parts are here. Second time I drove 30 minutes (both ways) to be told that the wrong parts had been ordered. I gave the benefit of the doubt that I ordered it wrong the first time, but the employee had ordered it the second time. I say just go ahead and install the parts that you have and I will purchase a receiver adapter so I have the correct size.I was also told that the whole process would take between 45-60 minutes. I’ve been here going on 3 hours now, which is why I decided to write this review as I wait for my trailer hitch installation which is still not done, nor the correct one that was ordered twice.
