This place is legit. I had a second storage unit at a place up on Colorado and then it was hell one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had a storage unit. This place is the complete opposite they don’t value to give you space that you do it you need to do as long as you respect the rules they respect you. And the fact that you can have 24 hour access to things is amazing.

The worst possible customer service you can get!!I called them and scheduled a hitch installation. When I went on the day I had the reservation for, the lady at the counter told me my hitch wasn’t there so sorry but you need to come back another day I asked why they didn’t call me and she did not have an answer.Called after 3 weeks asking for an update on the parts, they told me your hitch is here I asked, why didn’t you called me? they did not have an answer either.I scheduled again my appointment, they confirmed it for 8 am, I called the day before to be sure nothing had changed (didn’t want to drive again for nothing) Jim, on the phone told me, your appointment is at 11 I asked Why did you send me a reservation email for an 8 am appointment then he did not have an answer.I finally got the hitch installed, next time I will pay more somewhere else instead of dealing with them.
