Long waits and questionable work. I’ve been standing in an empty store for the last 15 minutes waiting for anyone to show up.I had a hitch installed, and they gouged my bumper in two spots. The employee wouldn’t take responsibility for it and offered no concessions.Will happily take my money elsewhere in the future.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME! When a reservation for a 15’ truck made over a month in advance couldn’t be honored and we were given < 24 hours notice, the response of Sydney (front desk, ponytail braid) was one of complete disregard and showed a lack of any ounce of customer service experience. The owner was bearable (except for when his mask wasn’t covering his nose) but had the same “well that’s your problem” attitude. No, it’s your problem @U-Haul. Go elsewhere.
