I can’t say enough about how helpful Eniya was today. This morning when I rented my trailer, the location was out of dollies. So I have been rushing all around town trying to move all of my furniture that I just purchased and I realized I still didn’t have a dolly to move it with.I rushed back to the U-Haul trying to catch them before they closed and Eniya actually helped me out in the parking lot when I drove up! I didn’t even have to maneuver the trailer and park to go into the store. Eniya modified my reservation for me, helped me to load the dolly into the trailer, and emailed me my reservation confirmation all within about 10 minutes. And all with a friendly disposition.I was amazed at the level of service I received today and I would definitely choose this location again simply because of how well Eniya treated me this afternoon. I was an hour late for my appointment for a trailer hitch installation but personnel were friendly, forgiving, and professional. They let me know when to expect completion of the job and both called & emailed me when it was ready. Great staff, excellent job, good price, no upselling, and prompt service. Can’t beat ’em!
