Friendly staff that helped this first time renter to better understand how to hook up the trailer. There was a brief wait but the trailer was ready when they stated. The area is very busy and there was some construction closing off half the entrance, I I made it out fine. Plenty of accessories as well. I purchased a decent lock for the back of the trailer. Overall a good experience.

I gave 1 star because 0 stars was not an option. I made an online reservation to get a hitch installed. When I arrived this morning (2 weeks after I made the reservation) to get the hitch on my SUV, I was told that they the part was not there. No one bothered to call me or email me to ask to me to reschedule. Also, Andre (he says he’s the manager) gave me conflicting information. First he said he reached out to their other sites for the part but that no one got back to him, and then he said that he expected the part yesterday based on some “tracking number.” A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME & COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
