As soon as my friend and I walked in we didn’t feel welcomed, no smiles at all and the workers were rolling their eyes. Once we ordered our drinks, one worker messed up our change and actually forgot to add a dollar but I didn’t care that much about it because it’s a small mistake. Then, they proceeded to serve customers that came after us their drinks before ours and when I asked about our drink they had completely forgot about it. And to top it alloff, the drink wasn’t even good. The banana flavor was not good. It was unripe. BAD STORE.

Came in about a week ago. I was in the mood for bubble tea and I don’t get it often, so I was excited to get some bobas. However, at around 7:30, I was told they just ran out of bobas which was a little disappointing. Not a big deal, the employee told me they opened the next day at 8am (turns out it was actually 11am). I get there the next morning at a little after 11 and the door is locked. I saw someone inside move to the back. When your hours say 11am, I would expect the doors to be unlocked at 11am…oh well.
