ZERO STARS!!!My experience was horrible and I was strung along for over a week about a purchase I made and the shipment never arriving.I first went in on Friday, May 30th,the man tells me they are all sold out and a shipment was arriving Monday. I asked him if I needed to reserve or pay in advance, he says no just come on Monday. I came to the store on Monday and he says, the shipment hasn’t arrived, but I can pay in advance to assure I could get the rolling rack I am seeking. He proceeds to tell me the shipment will be in on Thursday the latest on Friday. I call Friday afternoon and he says there is a problem with the shipment and that my item will be in on Monday. He also tells me he can build me a rack similar and much better to the one I ordered with parts he has in the shop; to which I replied, no thank you I want what I ordered and I want it in a sealed box. Today is Wednesday and when I arrived at the store to pick up my rack that should have arrived on Monday, still NO RACK!!!.I requested a refund and will never go back or recommend anyone do business with TX Store Fixtures.

This is the second time we order gondolas and other retail store fixtures and showcases for our dispensary store and warehouse in Oklahoma .The customer service is amazing. Al makes sure you get exactly what you are looking for.This second time some products arrived with some damage, things happen. We contacted them and Al was able to replace all the damaged things right away. I was very impressed how fast he handled the situation. This is definitely the best place to buy retail fixtures. They have great prices and really good customer.
