Great business, very professional. I was told to be on time for my appointment, which I was, and my artist was there waiting for me. I was in and out, my artist worked with great efficiency and the work was better than I could have expected. I have been to many tattoo shops in Syracuse, with varying experiences, and I recommend this shop over all others. Do business with Twisted Images, you won’t regret it.

My experience with this business wasn’t great. I was told the location had moved to a new address and was given a description but when I arrived I couldn’t seem to find this place anywhere. I was exactly where the GPS said the location ought to be at but the business was nowhere in sight. I walked for at least an hour along with another guy trying to locate the same place. I tried calling the owner and he was only able to shoot me a few messages that I felt weren’t very helpful. I ended up messaging the owner and letting him know I was leaving and he failed to respond or apologize for the issue. I came a long way to get a piercing and since I was already out in the area, I began to call other places to help me out. I felt the owner just didn’t handle the situation very well. I definitely understand if he was busy with other clients and so forth but still you know. I’m sure their work is more than good but the whole situation put me off and I wouldn’t recommend this particular place to a friend.

Scheduled an appointment with a Marco on today, 4/2/2021. He set the appointment for 8pm. I contacted him at 7:51pm, no response, then I contacted him again and again. He finally responded at 8:07 and said “your appointment was at 8.” I’m so confused and when I explained to him that I’ve contacted him multiple times, he responded and said “good bye.” Lol as if I was wrong. This is why I don’t support black entrepreneurs, they are the epitome of GHETTO AND IGNORANT (& I’m black myself) … worst experience ever!
