This is the third TV I purchased from them never had a palm until my last purchase I bought a 70 inch Vizio I bought it home after the first month the screen started to go black on me the sound will be on but the screen will go black I called them they told me it was no problem That they give me store credit or trade it in for a different 70 inch I told him yes I would like to trade it in the man I spoke to told me he was gonna call me back I never got a call back I called 4 times no response left messages no response

The cell staff is very nice and professional. And will actually take the time to explain to you what you’re buying. I know nothing about TVs and the gentleman was kind enough to literally explain to me pixels and all that stuff. Prices are very reasonable and fair I definitely will be back
