Couldn’t have had a better experience. The sales department , and manager were extremely helpful and took care of us quickly. The service is fine and everyone that works there is nice enough but this place is SLLOOOOWWWWWW. Twice now I’ve made an appointment for an oil change and both times my vehicle wasn’t ready until the next day because they were backed up. What is the point of making an appointment if they’re not expecting me? I took my car here because I take my other car to the Mazda right next door who’s service center is amazing (owned by the same group) and it’s like night and day.
